Groupe CTI is a market leader for boilers and industrial pipe manufacturing in the energy industry. H.I.G. has acquired a significant stake in the equity of CTI, concomitant with the merger between CTI and Maten. Maten is the French market leader for the maintenance of storage tanks. The CTI/Maten alliance will enable the new group to present a balanced, complementary range of services, both in construction and maintenance, with combined revenues of €135m. CTI and Maten share the same know-how in technical metalwork for parts, benefiting from a highly-qualified staff trained to meet stringent safety requirements.
