The Group operates across five regional house building divisions and a sixth Major Projects division which specialises in partnership delivery across large scale residential and mixed use projects. A further Strategic Projects division focuses on sourcing land for medium to longer term development. Crest Nicholson employs over 800 people, all contributing their expert skills and knowledge to ensure a solid foundation from which the business can develop and grow. It is through Crest Nicholson’s experienced and successful Executive team along with a unified and strong management structure which enables the business to deliver award winning developments, from complex urban regeneration schemes through to smaller scale traditional housing developments. We encourage the professional development of all our employees through training and career development plans. We pro-actively promote our Apprenticeship and Graduate training programmes where we are able to develop and nurture the housing industry’s leaders of tomorrow and we are proud that 10% of our workforce are apprentices.

The Group successfully listed on the London Stock Exchange in February 2013, having previously been listed for 39 years of its 50 year history.
