Create & Cultivate is an online platform and offline conference for womxn looking to create & cultivate the career of their dreams. We are spearheading the conversation on what it takes to be a modern working womxn. We gather the next generation of curious creatives, entrepreneurs and CEOs to spark conversation around the topics they are passionate about from building your business to raising money, to the challenges and triumphs of being a modern working womxn in today’s world whether you are running the show or working your way up the ladder. At Create & Cultivate you are destined to meet other talented, like-minded womxn, all while learning tips and tricks from some of the best in the business. Attendees get access to a highly curated, impactful one-day program of workshops, mentor sessions, and panels, as well as delicious cocktails, food, pop-up shops, photo booths, gift bags, and more. Create & Cultivate has taken place all over the country from Atlanta to Brooklyn and continues to host events nationwide. WHY WOMXN? We use the term womxn as a more inclusive, alternative spelling of "woman", used to avoid the spelling which contains and derives from men, and to foreground transgender, non-binary, and Womxn of Color.
