Crakhed Gamer’s Asylum, Inc. is an S-Corporation founded by Jonathan Williams in January of 2012. Williams devised the concept from the 25 years of video gaming and business experience that landed the idea of a video gaming lounge. Crakhed will include over a dozen video gaming stations, a lounge atmosphere in the front of the establishment, in addition, specialty rooms for interactive games / parties for private clients. Currently Crakhed Asylum is developing its foundational work with state and federal guidelines, licensing with local statutes, and acquiring property & equipment for the primary location which is strategically in the heart of a major college. Our business model is going to be small at first, gathering momentum, then breaking into a franchising environment within the next year or two. Crakhed is going to start as a single store, possible 16 video gaming stations, one tournament room, one party room, a waiting area, and central front desk. Our current acquisitions will be an old chiropractor’s office in the town of Gettysburg, PA. This office is centrally located in town along Carlisle St. next to the Gettysburg College. The location is 1800 sq. feet of space and is very easy to adapt into the business model we are formulating for customer flow, and operations. The Gamer’s Asylum will be an “Asylum” theme, meaning there will be staff wearing scrubs and a T-Shirt with the Crakhed branding on it. Patrons will be able to purchase membership based on a certain medical ailment, i.e. Depression Package Monthly Membership. There will be hourly rates for non-membership and all the video gaming stations will be strategically accessible in 5 minute increments to stagger the availability and flow of constant in/out operations.
