At Conquer Experience (www.conquerexperience.com) we believe that education and experience changes healthcare.  Our award-winning product PeriopSim (www.periopsim.com) is an iPad and Virtual Reality (VR) digital experience based training solution for Clinical Educators in the Operating Room. Today Surgeons are concerned and dissatisfied with the team confidence and competence during key surgeries. Educators are faced with providing a lower quality of patient safety than they believe is proper. The platform enables surgical staff to practice safely before surgery and achieve and maintain competence more quickly.  Today a typical surgery center spends over $500K to train new orientees yearly.  PeriopSim is an evidence based solution that is 6x faster where a 1 hour long procedure takes 10 minutes in simulation. 
 PeriopSim was part of an 18-month pilot program with the Association of Perioperative Nurses (AORN).  PeriopSim has provided its paid customers with over 4000 Experience Hours trainees across the US and Canada including CHI Nebraska - Bergan Mercy, Johns Hopkins Sibley, UH of Cleveland and Providence St Joseph Health Everett.
