Connections Homes serves youth ages 18 to 24 who have aged out of foster care or are homeless without family by matching them with a Mentoring Family who commits to being a part of their life, for life. Connections Homes' vision is to empower youth without a family to thrive in life and impact the world from the security of a healthy connection. Something as simple as one person who cares helps to alleviate poverty and homelessness for youth aging out of foster care or who are experiencing homelessness without a family to care for them.
