Community Intervention Services, Inc. ("CIS") has been established to acquire, develop and operate a national network of specialized mental health and substance abuse facilities and community-based programs. South Bay Mental Health marks CIS's first acquisition and will serve as the company's initial platform for continued growth. Headquartered in Brockton, Massachusetts, South Bay is a provider of a full continuum of community-based outpatient behavioral health services delivered primarily in the patient's natural environment as well as through a network of 15 outpatient clinics across 12 local markets. South Bay has a 25+ year operating history with a strong reputation amongst payors, state agencies, referral sources and clients, as well as a demonstrated track record of clinical success. South Bay's Outpatient Mental Health, Early Intervention and Day Treatment programs provide services to adults and children suffering from a wide range of mental health, developmental and substance abuse issues. South Bay employs over 500 clinicians including a full complement of counselors, social workers, specialty therapists and developmental to educators who provide treatment services to over 30,000 patients per year.
