Nectar is democratizing next generation cloud computing technology. In 2016, the most disruptive innovation in cloud computing took place since Linux. It’s called orchestration technology – a unified language for creating clouds of any shape, agnostic of hardware. An existential threat to the trillion dollar cloud provider industry. But while 10x more powerful than AWS, orchestration needs 10x the engineering talent, a privilege today reserved for elite FT500 software companies. Nectar aims to be the leader in the post AWS world, by entirely stand- ardizing orchestration. V1 in development with guidance from 20+ ear- ly adopters, incl. Robinhood, Spotify and GoCardless. Xavier Millot was the CTO at Hinge Health in SF, where he grew team and tech from pre-seed to pre-Series B in the company now valued at $100M. His tenure coincided with the rise of orchestration technology; Nectar is the result of his challenges scaling cloud infrastructure. He is a Computer Science graduate from McGill University.
