EduServices was created in mid-2010 through the acquisition of two companies in the French private post-secondary education (PPSE) sector, CDF and Forteam, followed by the acquisition of IPAC at the end of 2010. Duke Street identified a unique opportunity to build a leading institutional player through driving further consolidation of the sector. EduServices is expected to become a leading player and consolidator in the French private post-secondary education (PPSE) market.
Through its schools network, EduServices trains 15,000 students each year in a variety of courses ranging from short vocational studies to master level in Sales, Accounting, Communication and also Hospitality qualifications.
Duke Street worked exclusively with CDF and Forteam management over a twelve month period to define EduServices’ ‘Buy and Build’ strategy and identified a long list of potential additional acquisition targets. Both the acquisitions of CDF and Forteam were completed outside competitive processes.
