CellX 成立于 2020 年，是一家位于上海张江的生物科技创业公司，致力于通过开发先进的细胞培养工艺，运用前沿的组织工程技术，跳过作为载体的动物，为中国消费者提供可持续的动物蛋白来源。 CellX希望通过重新定义肉的生产与消费模式，让人与自然、人与动物以及人与人之间的关系更加和谐。 团队目前已研发出多款细胞培养肉产品雏形没，并已将成本降低5倍，计划2022年再降低10倍，2025年实现与动物肉价格持平。
