Cell C is a leading mobile provider in South Africa, which offers a wide range of products and services, including voice, data and messaging services to more than 18 million customers.

This page is open to all users and has been set up in order to keep our community up to date with Cell C updates as well as industry news, developments and to encourage dialogue and discussion.

Please note that our official response times are between 8am and 9pm weekdays and 8am-9pm weekends and public holidays. Should you have an emergency query outside of these times, please contact us on 084 140.
