CBien offers an asset inventory service that is accessible via a web platform and a mobile app. The service lets you add and store all documents relevant to your personal possessions: photos, scanned barcodes and receipts, contracts, warranties etc. This data is then encrypted, centralised and stored in total security.
The system calculates your asset value in real time by scanning a barcode. CBien knows the sales prices of more than 150 million products and uses statistical tools to estimate the residual value based on the sale date. Should an accident occur, you’ll have all the necessary documents that you’ll need to file an insurance claim.
Finally, the CBien platform also functions as a social network, where users can sell, rent, share, give, insure or repair an asset quickly and effortlessly.
CBien took part in season 4 of Orange Fab France, in 2016. The partnership between Orange and CBien allows Orange customers to save their CBien inventory in the Orange Cloud and receive a free premium account.
