CHANGE AGENT NETWORK, INC (CAN) was founded in 2003 at the Oru International Refugee Camp in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, West Africa. This initiative was conceived through the inspiration of Eric Willise Wowoh, a former Liberian refugee. The Republic of Liberia, located on the west coast of Africa, is recovering from a brutal 14-yr civil war.
As a 501 (c) 3 public supported non-profit organization, we are primarily funded by the generous contributions of caring and giving individuals and organizations that believe in our vision and mission.
