Sterling worked closely with management in connection with the CEO’s retirement and transition to a Board of Directors role, the promotion to CEO of the Company’s Head of Sales and Marketing, and the recruitment of a COO. The company also aggressively expanded into new end markets and developed new products while modernizing its facilities.
