Our primary approach to creating the employee engagement is through peer to peer lunches from across the organization. Groups of 3-5 people meet over quick 30-45 minute lunches, and meet people in parts of the organization they did not have a reach into otherwise. This helps breakdown the silos, creating a strong sense of community and belonging. Brown Bag will also facilitate executive to peer lunches to help with mentoring and creating a touch point across levels off hierarchy.
