Brown Bag is a employee engagement platform for medium to large offices. Engaged employees are 8.9x more likely to recommend the company as a great place to work, 5.3x more likely to make recommendations for improvements in the company, 4.7x more likely to do something good for the company even if not expected from them, and 4.3 x more likely to stay late at work if necessary. Employee engagement can thus never be under emphasized, and Brown Bag helps cultivate it in offices. Our primary approach to creating the employee engagement is through peer to peer lunches from across the organization. Groups of 3-5 people meet over quick 30-45 minute lunches, and meet people in parts of the organization they did not have a reach into otherwise. This helps breakdown the silos, creating a strong sense of community and belonging. Brown Bag will also facilitate executive to peer lunches to help with mentoring and creating a touch point across levels off hierarchy.
