As a company originally rooted in the music industry, we know what it’s like to work hard, have fun and create experiences that our peers, colleagues, and audience will never forget. In 2005, BrandBox was a social media outfit called Fortress Music, being one of the first companies to develop digital marketing campaigns for record labels and working with artists ranging from Katy Perry to Linkin Park. We helped jumpstart upcoming bands and witnessed firsthand how the social web could help connecting with new audiences which were getting increasingly hard to reach through traditional channels.

We realized that the advent of social media meant more than the arrival of another communication channel and we strongly believe that using social media offers a clear added value to any business proposition.

In the wake of the growing startup culture, constant innovation and new technological developments, we created BrandBox. BrandBox makes it simple to run ongoing engagement programs for brands and agencies alike and contains many interactive content formats out of the box. These include quizzes, games, surveys and product reviews formats. With BrandBox profiling, brands get to know their fans and can segment them into different groups based on their interaction level or advocacy level.
