Bluetector has developed a turnkey system for the biological treatment of manure. It uses the same principle as a wastewater treatment plant: it converts liquid nitrogen into elementary atmospheric nitrogen. The nitrogen in the liquid phase is reduced by an average of 95%. This means that farmers can distribute around 30 time more manure and around 60 more biogas digestate, which results in huge cost savings for livestock farms and biogas plants and reduces transports. The process for the treatment of manure and the treatment of biogas digestate, which has been developed by Bluetector works purely biologically.
