Blockchain at Berkeley

Blockchain at Berkeley (October 2016), formerly known as the Bitcoin Association of Berkeley (March 2014 - October 2016), is a student-run crypto group dedicated to serving the Berkeley and the greater East Bay crypto-community. Blockchain at Berkeley is the first university-based eco-system for blockchain technology, specializing in educating the community, facilitating innovative projects and discussion, and helping companies benefit from blockchain technology by identifying use cases, building out prototypes, and integrating solutions. We have a 40+ person consulting agency specialized in blockchain consulting and development that works directly with our companies. Our general membership includes Berkeley students, alumni, community members, and Bitcoiners from all educational and industrial backgrounds. Through events and initiatives we connect the Berkeley community to the wider blockchain technology ecosystem. We support research, projects, and other Bitcoin-related activities.
