Hello! We want the Bell Facebook page to be an open, honest and helpful space for you and other Bell customers and fans. We don’t necessarily endorse and aren’t responsible for the accuracy of any of the information, opinions, claims or advice shared here unless they’re posted directly by us. If we see any false information posted here by a fan, we’ll do our best to correct it right away.

We know that sometimes you’ll want to post here because you’re frustrated. We’re here to help! Even if you’re feeling angry remember that we all have feelings. Let’s respect each other and we’ll do our best to help you out and make everything right.

We want to hear your opinions, but we ask that everyone on this page respect other users and the posting guidelines of Facebook. We might remove any posts that are:

- abusive, defamatory or unnecessarily obscene
- threatening in any way or with content that intimidates, harasses or bullies anyone
- fraudulent, deceptive or misleading
- in violation of any intellectual property right of another person or company
- in violation of any law
- intentionally flaming, trolling, or spamming
- linking off the page to non-Bell sites or URLs
- duplicates being posted in multiple threads
- about an issue or complaint that has already been escalated through social media support and is now being handled elsewhere

Anyone who ignores these guidelines could be banned from the page. We have absolutely zero tolerance for any discriminatory language or hate speech. Anyone who posts any content that discriminates will be automatically banned from the page.

If there are any discrepancies between info on the Bell Facebook page and any of the information listed at bell.ca, then the information on bell.ca or any URL created by us in connection with bell.ca will be considered correct.
