BCL was founded on the principle that " I am a beauty school graduate" is a phrase worth being proud to shout from the roof tops. We are committed to paying it forward through scholarships and philanthropic causes to the students, professionals and educators who are the Beauty and Wellness industry.
Our mission is to create a movement that unites Beauty and Wellness Professionals and those we serve. Our vision is to Elevate, Educate and Expose the power of touch to transform careers, lives and communities.
The Beauty Changes Lives Foundation focuses on changing lives through:
· Building awareness of career opportunities in the beauty and wellness industry
· Uniting professionals in one mission through their time and resources
· Awarding scholarships to students entering the profession and helping to remove financial hurdles
· Supporting professionals through advanced educational experiences
· Connecting iconic beauty and wellness industry leaders with current students through Celebrity Mentorships
· Raising awareness of the beauty industry’s philanthropic activities
BCL is Changing Lives:
· Over $2 Million has been awarded to 257 students attending Cosmetology, Nail, Massage and Esthetic programs at AACS member schools.
· BCL offers Advanced Education Scholarships to Licensed Professionals and Educators through the Vidal Sassoon Advanced Scholarship and the Leo Passage Endowment Fund.
