We know that the earlier you invest in a child's education, the higher the impact. We also know that sleep is a crucial cornerstone of early childhood development. If a child cannot sleep, they cannot grow and cannot learn. So with something as fundamental as sleep, it is important to lay good foundations from an early age.
Sleep ultimately comes down to trust. It is the most vulnerable time for a child, and unless they trust they are safe enough to sleep, they will continue to fight sleep and wake up multiple times a night. As a result, our focus is on building up this trust for a child in the sleep process. Sleep School is a two-week remote program, where parents are guided step-by-step on how to reset their child's relationship with sleep.
