Baristas, quite literally, on tap! Baristas On Tap is an app-based service that gives shops access to highly skilled baristas available to cover shifts within the specialty coffee industry. Launched in late 2017 in London the service has since expanded to cover the UK and even parts of Australia. Our mission with Baristas On Tap has always been to increase accessibility to highly trained staff at a moment?s notice whilst improving the quality of living for baristas in the specialty coffee industry. At Baristas On Tap we believe that due to the training and experience required, being a barista is a skilled trade and should therefore be paid ? at the very least ? a living wage.
