Babajob.com was founded by Sean Blagsvedt in 2007. Our main focus is targeted towards entry-level job seekers across the nation, i.e. people who are housekeepers, drivers, delivery boys, cooks and the like, to help them find better jobs.
Babajob.com was started with a vision to help these job seekers grow on par with the rest of the nation by giving them opportunities to find dignified work. By leveraging the web, mobile phones and social networking sites, we assist job seekers, irrespective of whether they are educated or the uneducated, the rich or the poor, in finding better jobs, and employers/individuals in finding the right hire.
We currently have over 7 million registered job seekers with about 5 lakh employers who have posted more than 8 lakh job listings in our portal. We operate in every Indian state, and have proven to be a scalable and profitable solution by creating radical job market efficiency for the informal sector.
