During our ownership, Athilon Group Holdings Corp. was a financial services company that offered credit risk protection on structured financial assets to investment banks, commercial banks, insurance companies, corporations, and other institutions in the form of credit derivatives and other financial guaranty contracts.
The investment in Athilon was realized in July 2010 when it was acquired by EBF & Associates, L.P.
