Our company is supported by a full management team with decades of experience completing transactions and managing several billion dollars of equity capital in the renewable energy, power and energy infrastructure sectors. Our operations will also be overseen by an experienced board of directors. On January 12, 2021, it was announced that Proterra Inc. will become publicly listed through a transaction with ArcLight Clean Transition Corp.
