Founder of appose is Marko Albrecht, systemic consultant and coach. He came up with appose after getting some deep insights into the business by re-builing one of the biggest german recruiting agencies after its bankruptcy.
He then used the experiences made during this process in combination with his year-long know-how in the field of team-building to establish a platform which is going to lift project and team recruiting to a new level.
