Anrich3D plans to commercialize food 3D printing as a platform technology for various applications. The RnD is being done by NTU. Our focus will be on using this technology for health and nutrition. The applications within that focus include: 1. Healthy food in fun shapes for kids in restaurants 2. Hands-on Nutritional Educational programs in schools 3. Dietary training programs for kids and adults to acquire the taste of healthier ingredients 4. Mathematically optimized personalized nutrition for intensive training programs in gyms for athletes, actors and models 5. Precision nutrition for patients with restricted diets as preventive healthcare. How it works: Make ingredients into pastes and push (extrude) them out layerwise to make 3D shapes. With multiple extruders, we can control the amount of every ingredient and thereby every nutrient according to the nutritional requirememts of every individual. The food is then heated or cooled based on the composition to harden for structural stability and a variety of textures.
