Nata a Napoli il 5 Febbraio 1945 con oltre 100 aziende associate, Anicav è la più grande associazione di rappresentanza delle imprese di trasformazione di pomodoro al mondo per numero di imprese associate e quantità di prodotto trasformato. L’ANICAV è associato effettivo di Confindustria e partecipa, insieme a tutti gli associati, al processo di sviluppo della società italiana, contribuendo all'affermazione di un sistema imprenditoriale innovativo, internazionalizzato, sostenibile, capace di promuovere la crescita economica, sociale civile e culturale del Paese.
