🔸 Our Mission 🔸
We love hearing from you and reckon being able to have a say is one of the best parts of being part of our community on Facebook. To make sure we all have a good time in a positive environment, we have a couple of guidelines that need to be followed:
• Everyone’s welcome here – big, small, any colour, creed or preference.
• Our community is tolerant and respectful so be like your Nan told you to be, honest but kind. Be yourself, but be constructive. Everyone else is just as amaysim as you, so no nasties please.
• If your post has any foul or abusive language, inappropriate sexual content, racial slurs, hate speech, discriminatory, defamatory or derogatory chat about any person, group or company we’ll delete it.
• Respect the law. This includes (but is not limited to) breaking the law with breaches of copyright, false or misleading or deceptive representations and breaches of privacy. Also don’t dish the dirt on any person (no unauthorised disclosure of personal information of any person). Okay?
• Don’t be a pest. If you post the same comment multiple times or generally make it your business to make a nuisance of yourself you may be banned.
We believe in second chances – if you breach one of our community guidelines you’ll receive a warning from one of our social agents who’ll explain why what you’ve done is against our rules, if you breach the guidelines again we may ban you from posting to our page.
Getting help from our social customer service team:
We’re here to chat Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm (Sydney time). We always try to get back to you within 3 hours. If you make a comment outside our standard hours, we’ll touch base the next working day.
