Alertis Medical AS is a diagnostics company developing an innovative and proprietary biosensor-system for early diagnosis of organ failure (ischemia) based on in vivo measurement of pCO2 pressure.
The pathology of ischemia is linked to diseases such as heart attacks, stroke and shock. By diagnosing ischemia at an early stage it will be possible to intervene early on critical conditions, thereby reducing mortality and morbidity as well as medical expenses.
