What is aKoma about?

aKoma is a multimedia content network focused on African and its diaspora’s storytelling. A core piece of our mission is to discover and develop African talent. We provide creators, storytellers and brands the necessary tools and platforms to tell and share their unique stories.

This creative ecosystem was founded by CNN alumni Zain Verjee and Chidi Afulezi after continued frustration with the lack of storytelling platforms and negative portrayals that dominate the narratives around Africa.
