The Foundation’s purpose is to promote scientific knowledge building for application and development in agriculture, food and other agro-industry activities of interest to the agro and food industry and other sectors. The stated objectives are fulfilled, for example, by providing the funds available at the disposal of the practical and theoretical utilization of progress made in agriculture, food and other agro-industrial activities to promote in-depth cooperation between universities and higher education and industry to inform about research and development in agriculture, food and other agro-industrial activities.
