Founded in 2006 by Fulvio Furbatto, Advice first introduced the use of Behavioral Loyalty in Italy, the branch of Marketing that consists in the management of behavioral programs aimed at creating valuable relationships with customers. These programs are based on the analysis of big data converted into clusters, which allow brands to perform real time targeted actions to support sales.
Over the last few years Advice won repeatedly the London Loyalty Awards and in 2021 the Echo Awards in New York. In 2017 Advice ranked in the FT1000 β the list of Europe's fastest-growing companies. In 2019 and 2021 it was awarded with the Growth Leader Award by the financial newspaper Il Sole24Ore.
The group has HQ in Italy and business partnerships in the LATAM region and Balkans and over 60 employees. In 2021 Advice acquired the start-up company Leevia and new financial partners Metrika Tech Fund and Club Deal Aegida Investment joined the group.
