A groundbreaking collaboration between "Yandex," "Sber," and top Russian universities has birthed the AI360 program, the first of its kind in Russia for future AI architects and researchers. Graduates will tackle complex AI challenges and be highly sought after by IT market leaders and scientific labs. The program focuses on training specialists capable of creating new fundamental models, architectures, and machine learning algorithms. Students will delve into mathematical analysis, algorithms, data structures, MLOps, and design solutions in generative technologies, large language models, computer vision, autonomous systems, and robotics. With increased stipends and personal grants for computational resources from "Yandex" and "Sber," participants can conduct in-depth research and experiments in AI during their studies. Developed by partner universities with experts from "Yandex," "Sber," and the School of Data Analysis, the program boasts leading AI researchers and developers as instructors. The AI360 graduates will pioneer technologies to address various socially significant issues, from enhancing autonomous transport safety to improving generative model responses and accelerating personalized education approaches. Through academic mobility within Russia, students will not only study at their university but also complete educational modules at program partner universities, receiving their diploma from the main educational institution. In the 2024/2025 academic year, the participating universities will welcome 100 school graduates to the AI360 program. The program will be offered at the Faculty of Computer Science at NRU HSE as part of the "Applied Mathematics and Informatics" bachelor's degree, the Phystech School of Applied Mathematics and Informatics at MIPT, the Faculty of Information Technology and Programming at ITMO, and the Institute of Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence at Innopolis University.
