Wildberries has streamlined seller operations on its platform in response to a warning issued by the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The company has fixed storage and logistics tariffs for sellers and defined penalty conditions for violations. Sellers can now indefinitely lock in storage tariffs, ensuring predictability in their costs. Transportation costs from warehouse to pickup point can also be fixed for 60 or 90 days depending on the product category. The list of penalties no longer includes "For other violations," with all reasons for fines now clearly outlined in the offer. The offer also includes rules for full or partial account blocking, outlining the process for restoration and appeal timelines. Additionally, the offer now details the product acceptance and sorting procedure for sellers working with Wildberries' warehouse or personal sales models. The responsibility for violations during acceptance now extends to both sellers and the marketplace.

Wildberries Amends Offer Following FAS Demands
In April, the FAS conducted an inspection and found multiple violations of antimonopoly laws in Wildberries' offer. Some terms were deemed coercive and disadvantageous for cooperation. The FAS also deemed the fines imposed by Wildberries on sellers in case of third-party hacking of their accounts disproportionate. After analyzing these and other violations, the FAS issued a warning to the marketplace, demanding offer changes. Wildberries has since incorporated the regulator's feedback into its offer, introducing fixed storage prices and setting logistics costs for 90 days for certain product categories. The list of penalties has been revised, with clear descriptions of violations that will result in fines. The offer now includes guidelines for account blocking and restoration, as well as criteria for terminating contracts unilaterally. Detailed procedures for product acceptance and sorting have been added, with responsibilities for violations during acceptance now applicable to the marketplace as well. Wildberries had previously allowed partner pickup points to dispute low ratings of their services.
