Basemark, a provider of computer vision software and AR technology for automotive applications, has secured €22M in Series B funding. The company's Rocksolid AR software enhances in-vehicle screens with AR projections, improving navigation accuracy and safety. With plans to expand in Europe, the US, Japan, China, and South Korea, Basemark aims to strengthen its partnerships with OEMs and further develop its innovative technology. Led by ETF Partners, the funding round also included support from Finnish Industry Investment (Tesi), Constructor Capital, Business Finland, the European Innovation Council, and private investors. Basemark's CEO, Tero Sarkkinen, expressed gratitude for the new investors and highlighted the potential for collaboration to enhance the driving experience.
