Raven SR, a Pinedale, WY-based renewable fuels company, has successfully raised $15 million in funding to propel its growth and innovation in the clean energy sector. The funding round was spearheaded by Ascent Funds, with support from existing investors Chevron New Energies, ITOCHU Corp., and Stellar J Corp.

Under the leadership of Founder and CEO Matt Murdock, Raven SR specializes in converting waste materials into hydrogen and Fischer-Tropsch synthetic fuels through its unique Steam/CO2 reforming process. This process, which is non-combustion and catalyst-free, has been verified by the California EPA and is the first of its kind in the state.

In addition to the funding milestone, Raven SR has made significant changes to its board of directors, appointing Stuart McFarland as chairman and Mark Gordon as vice chairman. New board members include Justin Heyman and Robert Kinghorn, bringing a wealth of experience to the company.

Furthermore, Raven SR has promoted Matt Scanlon to president and interim CFO, signaling a strong leadership team to drive the company forward. With a focus on sustainability and reducing carbon emissions, Raven SR is poised to make a significant impact in the renewable fuels industry.

As the company continues to expand its operations and develop new technologies, the $15 million funding injection will play a crucial role in fueling Raven SR's mission to create a more sustainable future for all.
