CureSkin, a pioneering dermatology platform, secures a whopping $20 million in Series B funding led by HealthQuad. This injection of capital will fuel their mission to democratize quality skincare in India using cutting-edge AI technology.

CureSkin's co-founder and CEO, Guna Kakulapati, expressed excitement about the funding, stating that it will boost their AI capabilities, drive growth, and expand their range of solutions. With a previous $5 million in Series A funding, CureSkin has already treated 1.5 million customers for various skin conditions, with over 80% hailing from tier 2 and 3 cities.

In a similar vein, diabetes-focused startup Sugar.fit secures an additional $5 million in Series A funding from B Capital, bringing their total funding to $16 million. This injection will help them expand their offerings, increase their presence, and accelerate R&D in diabetes management.

Meanwhile, diagnostic service provider Cardiotrack receives $2 million in pre-Series A funding, led by angel investor Girish Narasimhan. Cardiotrack offers telemedicine kits, diagnostic devices, and data analytics solutions to India's largest health insurers and diagnostic centers.

CureSkin's success is a testament to the growing demand for accessible and quality skincare solutions in India. With the beauty and personal care market projected to reach $30 billion by 2027, the future looks bright for innovative health tech startups like CureSkin.
