Por meio de Fundos de Investimento em Participações (FIP), adquirimos temporariamente participação acionária em empresas de pequeno ou médio porte com tecnologias inovadoras e alto potencial de crescimento no médio prazo.

Participamos ativamente da gestão da companhia em período compatível à duração do fundo. Apoiamos o empreendedor na superação dos principais desafios para o alcance de crescimento exponencial, sejam comerciais, de desenvolvimento, contratação ou internacionalização.

Através da introdução das melhores práticas de governança corporativa, regidas pela ICVM 391, garantimos a gestão profissional da carteira e o alinhamento aos interesses dos investidores.

O retorno do investidor é proveniente da venda da participação adquirida nas empresas após o período de geração de valor intensiva. O desinvestimento decorre da saída para outros fundos de investimento, players estratégicos da cadeia na qual a empresa investida está inserida ou oferta pública de capital (IPO).
