Our focus is on investing in manufacturing, value‐added distribution, and service businesses with $2 to $7 million in EBITDA for initial platform investments ($10 - $75M in revenues). Situationally, Rockwood partners with businesses that are seeking transformational change and growth, as well as ones that may have more complexities to its business situation or the transaction.
