Rockstud Capital is set up for the purpose of advising and managing funds as Investment Manager (IM) to our SEBI registered CAT-II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) "Rockstud Capital Investment Fund - Series I" est. Dec 2018.
It is a hybrid strategy fund which invests in startups at Pre-series A stage and in listed equities traded on NSE in India.
For Startups, our focus sectors are EnterpriseTech, Mobility, HealthTech, Agritech, FinTech and Consumer Products. Our Startup Portfolio consists of Everest Fleet, Smartvizx (Trezi), Cubical Laboratories, BigHaat, Lilac Insights.
We have an experienced team, an excellent network in the startup ecosystem, great relationships with institutional investors, are well covered by the media and have the knowledge to manage wealth!
For Listed Equities, we follow a theme approach called FACT(H) i.e. Financials, Agriculture, Consumption, Technology and Healthcare.
