Rainmaking Impact

Rainmaking Impact is a syndicate of 1.600+ HNWI / founders / execs investing in ClimateTech (energy, transportation, food/AgTech, decarb) with focus on Europe & Africa. We are transforming the fundraising & investing experience for ClimateTech founders and private investors. We have great empathy for founders who are fundraising (which is a time suck, black box process). We (occasionally) help founders raise their first VC round, and we invest in those rounds together with our syndicate. We only add one line to the cap table by aggregating individual checks by using the Odin platform. As for our syndicate members, we are different from classic angel clubs because: we only present one deal at a time; we always have skin in the game; we do our own direct startup sourcing; we cover all of Europe and Africa; we only invest in VC-lead deals. Our vision is to be the most founder- and private-investor friendly ClimateTech syndicate in Europe and Africa with at least €100m in virtual dry powder deployed annually.
