Pulsar VC is an international venture fund and business accelerator. Established by Pavel Korolev, PulsarVC has created conditions for innovative projects and technological and IT companies to support the international startup ecosystem. With our acceleration programs and angel syndicate, we aim to build mutually beneficial relationships for startups and investors. Our team consists of professional managers and international experts representing Russia, the USA, Japan, Ireland, Ukraine and Turkey. We invest in companies with MVP and first sales ($100k+) with proven business models and potential for international expansion. Our sphere of interest is primarily deep tech. We work with IT companies: marketplace, fintech, adtech, platform, mobility, data management, agtech; and IoT companies: industrial, drone, robotics, energy efficiency, AI. In the past 15 years, more than three thousand entrepreneurs have completed our acceleration and received investments. Our main goal is to support the rapidly growing tech market to launch and scale the business globally – and we have all the necessary and comprehensive range of practical tools to develop our community.
