KKA Partners is a Berlin-based private equity firm focused on investments in medium-sized companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Besides aiming to generate the best possible returns for investors, KKA has a sustainable vision: to get portfolio companies ready for the future by driving technology-driven growth and improving their business models. KKA Partners was founded in 2018 by Dominic Faber, Kaspar N. Hartmann and Patrick Feller. In addition to years of professional experience as entrepreneurs and with well-known international companies, the management team, which is complemented by Elena Tsoukka as Head of Operations, is deeply rooted in medium-sized entrepreneurship in German-speaking countries. KKA focuses on majority acquisitions of established, profitable medium-sized companies. Preferred sectors in which KKA invests include healthcare, engineering, service providers and consumer goods manufacturers with a strong brand heritage. The KKA Partners team currently consists of 7 employees as well as numerous partners within their respective portfolio companies.
