We are a double bottom line venture capital company, founded to support underrepresented entrepreneurs across Europe particularly the Afro-Caribbean diaspora.

Funding ventures at Seed, Series A and Series B stages, our aim is to represent entrepreneurs within the entertainment, media, tech and creative industries.

Our members and investors are all seasoned professionals from an ethnically diverse background. Many have worked with some of the largest brands in the world.

Made up of high-ranking officials, individuals who have received orders of the British Empire, US Presidential appointees and C-suite members. They are serial entrepreneurs, institutional investors, investment bankers
and university professors from the globe’s most established and prestigious educational institutions.

With a combined experience of over 50 years, our team have successfully generated solid returns for clients of over $12 billion in investment assets, including private equity funds for the benefit of black, POC and entrepreneurs.

Impact X believes in social change, and through successful venture investing, the creation of wealth can be achieved. It can also be leveraged to drive great improvements to our society and our chosen communities.

We posit that entrepreneurship is a catalyst for developing new opportunities, creating jobs, experiences, networks, success narratives, wealth, and future investment opportunities.
From this cycle, true wealth can be sustained and subsequently individuals can drive philanthropy. Thus, creating a positive social impact, empowering others to achieve even greater success.
