With its predecessor founded in 1982, Heartwood Partners is a middle-market private equity firm focused on executing a unique higher-equity, cash-yielding strategy. Since inception, we have successfully invested in over 100 platform and add-on companies across several committed funds and various economic environments. Heartwood Partners has $1.1 billion of assets under management and is headquartered in Norwalk, CT. As of September 2020, Capital Partners has rebranded to Heartwood Partners.
