GMG Ventures LP (“GMGV”) is a specialist manager that invests in early stage companies at the intersection of technology and media, whom are seeking to fundamentally re-shape their rapidly evolving industry. It was set up to support exceptional founders building technology enabled products for the new age of enterprise and the digital lifestyle of consumers. Our fund has one limited partner, The Scott Trust, which among other assets and funds, owns the Guardian news organisation. We focus on seed and series A by stage and businesses we invest in are typically B2B focused, with a data and deep tech proposition. We have a clear investment strategy, set of investment themes and structured approach to help set up our portfolio companies to benefit from the wider Guardian Media Group, including its vast external network and the prestigious and trusted brand of The Guardian.
