Future Labs

The Future Labs at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering are a network of innovation spaces and programs that support early-stage startups in New York City through a venture catalyst role. We accept high-potential companies (no NYU affiliation necessary) and build on their success with a unique approach that emphasizes success rate, sustainability, revenue and growth. The Digital Future Lab supports startups taking analog into the digital world such as software-enabled hardware, internet of things and video. The Data Future Lab supports startups that are pushing forward the next generation of data technologies such as artificial intelligence, data for industry, and distributed technologies. The Urban Future Lab supports startups that are developing technologies for smart cities, a smarter grid, energy efficiency, and clean and renewable energies. The Veterans Future Lab is a hardware and prototyping space that is home to Bunker Labs NY, a partnership between NYU Tandon and Bunker Labs.
