Launched in 1999, Finaventures is a venture capital & growth equity firm. Our business model combines investment capital with active involvement, at the management and board levels, in a way that aligns all stakeholders. We are currently Investing out of Fund 2017, Growth Technology (in revenues), California & Southwest only. Our previous funds: -Fund 2011 SPVs - Focus on companies with a need for Growth (see Genigraph & Petra Solar), or Rescue (cf Photowatt & Fram Group). -Fund 2006 - Growth Equity BDC through the progressive Acquisition, Restructuring & Integration of 18 technology companies into a regional merged entity (see Finatech). -Fund 2000 - Early stage venture capital fund focused on innovation in California; Invested in 12 startups & growth companies that led to 8 M&As, a $700M IPO NASDAQ:ENTR, and a $120M IPO TSE:GCS.
