Family office créé en 1997 par Bruno Rousset, fondateur d’APRIL, EVOLEM s’est donné pour mission de faire grandir des initiatives durables en faveur de l’entrepreneuriat, de l’emploi, de l’éducation et de l’environnement. Catalyseur d’initiatives, EVOLEM compte aujourd’hui 23 collaborateurs et s’appuie sur son triple ancrage entrepreneurial, familial et citoyen pour porter une vision responsable de son métier. Actionnaire et partenaire engagé dans la durée, EVOLEM accompagne des PME pour en faire des ETI, épaule des start-up pour asseoir leur modèle, et soutient plus largement des projets à dimension philanthropique. EVOLEM a accompagné depuis sa création près de 100 entreprises et a investi plus de 250 M€. EVOLEM a impulsé en 2006 la création de la Fondation Entrepreneurs de la Cité et fait partie des fondateurs de l’Entreprise des Possibles. Le fonds de dotation EVOLEM Citoyen, créé en 2014, intervient sur les champs de l’emploi, de la formation et du développement économique, avec l’emploi des jeunes comme priorité.
